How the All-Time Ranking Works
The ranking is based on the Olympic Games, the World Championships, and the World Cup. Olympic victories and the overall World Cup title represent the highest scoring achievements within the system. The historical period before the establishment of the World Cup is complemented by the prestigious Hahnenkamm and Lauberhorn races. Team events are included only in the national rankings and receive a higher point value than individual disciplines.
